The program collects data from the Executive Office of U.S. Attorneys, the Pretrial Services Agency, the Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts, the U.S. Sentencing Commission, and the Federal Bureau of Prisons. Types of lawsuits include civil rights, personal injury, antitrust, labor standards, foreclosure, medical malpractice, and intellectual property.
